    Great video, I might have missed it but when I'm doing a passive one arm dead hang I kinda rotate my body around, seems like easiest way for me is to do active hanging. When you do passive hanging do you relax every single muscle? Im new to this but been doing a lot of passive 2 hand dead hangs (but got to good, so wanna challenge myself)

      you still need to do strength training when you have arthritis. But like any injury we manage your intensity and volume so it doesn't get worse.

    I use his programm and in 2 Months, i got from 10kg/8reps in Pullups to 25kg/10reps. In dips i got from 15kg/8reps to 30kg/9reps. bevor using the programm, i wasn't doing great, cause i didnt had a plan and was just doing whatever i felt like, so i got stuck. I wasn't able to do a single Muscle-Up, but now i can do them with clean form and more than 5reps. Ians programm is based on the "Progressive Overload Method" and he wants us to take the rest times, rep range and stuff really serious. So, his Programm is no bullsh**, when you take it seriously, you can achieve impressive results (including his diet tips). But at that point you are right, you can't reach 10PU with 20kg in just 3 Months. So, I wasn't a beginner, maybe thats because i got strong quick, but with his programm, it won't take you long to achieve crazy results. And besides, I dont take nothing, not even some Creatine, like He does.

      It's not that simple. Everyone is different. When I wrote labral tear rehab programs they always challenge people as much as possible whilst being safe. I'd have to see where you're at.       I've got a SLAP tear in both shoulders and I hang everyday :) Watch my videos on SLAP tears. Go to my channel, click the videos tab, and in the past month I uploaded a series of 6 videos, all less than 4 minutes, start at video 1 you will learn a lot about labral tears and working out.

    I turned 46 in January, and have been trying to lop for the program within my age group to get back into shape. I had also lost a lot of weight from being chronically ill the last 2 years. Thank you for this video. I now have a pretty good idea, where to start.

    For me, all pain is gone with rest but as soon as I start doing any of the physio exercises the pain gets worse. Any advice?

      @@UnityGymOnline thanks for responding. My question is I think I have a meniscus tear on my knee but the knee is lock like I can't do the complete extension of the leg when I walk. Some people have it and other don't. That's why I was asking if doing that exercise on the video working the quad helps with the knee lock.

    thankyou these workouts take a lot to get my head around , I teach martial arts and being doing it for 8 years but got no where with my flexibility. This way off stretching is going to take time to go in but hopefully it gets me closer to my goals thankyou if you could do a daily stretching routine i would be very grateful.
